Rev limit???

For me...headers need to have less bends and curves than the stock headers to make a difference....could be wrong tho...i have been wrong once b4...
heard that before and the loss in minimal

some one said but i will say it again. when u get on it in first it pops in to neutral that is why the green neutral light comes on. that is why if u take it up in revs then it is ok. there r a lot of threads on trans problems and a lot of people to help.
thanks for video first time i have heard that prob.
good luck.

Well i've been browsing other forums for other bikes and a 2nd gear Trans slip isn't completely uncommon, but apparently it usually is a malformed shift fork (under about 20K miles) or a damaged shift fork (on high mileage bikes.) I'm going to have a dealer look at it. It may have only seemed like it was associated with the tune as I went to a derestricted tune at the same time, thus allowing faster acceleration. Idk. We'll see.

CARPENTER makes 2 systems that are made from stainless steel and come natural or polished and you can run a muffler core in both and you realy want to do a dyno tune to get the best results with your project

this may not apply to your bike and there was a discussion on it.
on my bike if i sit idling in neutral with the clutch applied for a while it would go into first real soft and when i went to take off it would pop into neutral. what i would do is to release the clutch then apply the clutch and it goes in hard and does not pop out. u might want to try this also as a test one time try to hold the shifter down.
if u have it in 2nd does it pop out of second?

With only 5300 miles on it, I will be severely disappointed if it is the fuel filter.

Miles don't matter to a filter; only the crap that's put through it.

On marine engines, a loss of rpm's most often indicates that it's time to change the fuel filter/water separator.

Can you post a link to the CES systems?
