Referee tackle in Florida

I thought for sure Scot in exile had been tackled and beat up while refereeing ballgame, I saw it on the news and just knew it had to be Scot in exile looks like refereeing is rough in Florida.
 
Hard not to be any kind of racist after seeing this. By that I mean not seeing that the ones attacking were all black and the ref was white. If the script was flipped this would be front page news and the ACLU would already be on it's way to Florida.

It is sad really, I am not a racist of any kind but as I said it is hard to not notice race in this issue. It looks like a couple people tried to jump in and stop it.

I hope the appropriate punishment was dealt out to the people who initiated this.

What a bunch of idiots! I'm trying not to take a racist spin on this but like Liquidsmile has already mentioned had it been a Black Ref and white players, Jesse Jackson, Cornel West, Al Sharpton, and the whole ACLU would be on theyre way to Florida crying Foul!.

What a screwed up hypocritical world this is.........
 
It must be super bad and in Florida because they have made a law that attacking a referee is a felony those guys are looking at some serious time a specially since they have it all on video the team has already been disbanded will no longer be allowed to play, can you say here's your sign
 
Thanks for thinking of me Jessie but I ref the real Football, it is a third degree felony in the state of Florida for any attack be it verbal or physical on a ref performing his duties during a SANCTIONED sporting event.
They were nothing but animals and I mean mongrel animals, if that is what they do outside of the house imagine what they do to the kids inside the house.
They will argue that whitey has kept them down for years and all the built up frustration just boiled over and as said the most racist pair of bastards in America Sharpton and Jackson will try and help these animals.
 
That was so not fair i wish i was there, i would have jumped in the fight,, , that way we could have finished the refferee a lot quicker:
 
The parking lot was probably full of Caprice Classics rolling on 26" wheels. Stupid idiots!
