Reband owners ..question.

There is normally a sensor port just behind the collector. The guys who made Ponters custom muffler deleted it I reckon.

Thanks Nev .. I'm going to see if I can get another merge collector from Reband rather than chop up Ponters 'customised' muffler. Do you think running the 02 sensor is important , know some guys don't run them.

You do not need it if the tune is set up open loop. If you fit an O2 eliminator, you need to tune the bike to suit.

My bike was tuned by Fred with the system I'm running now , with the 02 sensor. When I fit Ponters old headers I'm wondering if I should try and keep the 02 sensor .. if it's worth the effort. Was planning on calling into see you prior to RDU (around 15th October) if you can fit me in that is ?... and see about getting my bike tuned for the Rebands .. do you think I should bother with the 02 sensor ? .. thanks Nev.

If the current tune is for use with a sensor then leave it in. If you want me to disconnect it I can do that. Do you have Tuneboy or what?
