Rear Shocks for a plush ride... Recommendations?

My Hagon's have stainless springs and are the best looking rear shock I've seen. If I can remember how to post a pic I'll show you.

It depends on your riding style, your weight and your budget.

I'm primarily a commuter and long distance tourer, 300+ lbs, and a cheap SOB. The Progressive 418 HD's work great for me. No, they are not top of the line but they take away the harshness of the stockers. I also have the Progressive front springs and they, too, are a vast improvement over stock.

No insult intended but I think they are "fugly"

Can't insult what you can't see, note the bag hangers? The bags hide the shocks. I would have gone with the chromy springs if they had been available when I ordered the shocks, but there was only one distributor in the US at the time. An as in all things, beauty is in the eye of the beholder. (In this case it's my butt cheeks think they are things of exquisite beauty.)

Where are you guys getting your Hagons here in the states and how much?

Still have the stock shocks that try to make me say uncle at times .

Maybe I can get Santa to cough up a little more this year .
