Rear Diff Oil Change?

Looking to drop the oil out of the rear diff, any recommendation for type and grade to replace with, manual says 95w 90 ? what are you guys using ? :?

Mobile 1 75w 90 synthetic gear lub. Be very careful when re tightening the drain plug. Do a search of the site for more info.

i use amsoil 75w90- i also "flushed" the diff with some brake parts cleaner before the refill. there's lots of partical matter to rinse out. and as some members have cautioned, take care when you retorgue the plugs.

I used amsoil 75w90 thanks for the info bought in a 1 ltr bottle so will change again after 2500 miles, oils cheap eh!!! :lol: :lol: :lol:

Can someone confirm the quantity to top up with, manual says 0.17 ltr is that correct ? I dont want to overfill it.

Thanks Jeff I already changed oil last weekend and filled till it ran out filler plug in the upright position, just wanted to be sure. I appreciate your help putting my mind at ease, now I can go for an early Saturday morning ride. Cheers.
