Radiator trouble

Well,,, i plugged all the openings, installed a hose bib on one and pressurized it, could not see any water coming out of no where!!
Whats going on here???

after studying you radiator tester your problem might be you forgot to turn on the faucet.
may be it has to be hot. hot water or hair drier, bbq pit. i think i am done for the day good luck with the rad.
