use a radiator repair shop, they will epoxy or aluminum weld the area that is leaking and then they should perform a pressure test as well.
 
Well,,, i plugged all the openings, installed a hose bib on one and pressurized it, could not see any water coming out of no where!!
Whats going on here???o_O

Could it be that one of the hoses/connections you removed to perform the test is the problem and not the radiator itself?
 
KSeal and their equivalent work very well on cars with leaky radiators, so why not try what Jthree suggested, Lupe?

That was exactly the problem, actually one of them, the fan was not coming on and when the bike got hot the pressure made the coolant come out of a split in the overflow hose, bought new relay and will try tomorrow:)
