Not sure about the TORS, but D&D quotes up to a 17% increase in horsepower and 10% increase in torque. That is with their pipes, which are virtually the same design as the TORS, a drop in K&N (which adds very little) and the Triumph TORS tune (020366).
Obviously anytime somebody claims 'up to' you have to be a bit dubious about obtaining the ultimate number, but I'd guess its close. With the D&D's, drop in filter and a Tuneboy tune designed for those mods I dyno'd at 117 HP. Since the R3T will dyno at around 90 stock, with the TORS and the tune I'd expect something around 105-110 at the rear wheel.
