R3 front and rear springs shocks

Ok, so your saying not to go with progressive front springs because they are hard on the seals etc? Stock ones aren't as hard on the seals? Wonder if the length of the prog front spring is longer? Not necessarily making the front higher?
No the Progessive front springs are Good they make very good springs and I have no complaints with them

On the other hand the Progressive Rear Shocks are questionable (two I know off have blown thier seals) and I would not buy them (This is my opinion of course) I would consider looking at the Hagons Nitros as first option for value for money, if you have the money to spend more then look at Wilbers or Olins

I put the progressive in the front and 10w oil and 440 in the rear. what a difference in the ride. I have over 70k miles and it really made a difference

R3 front and rear springs/shocks

Will any progressive front spring work? what is the 440 for the rear. They make a progressive brand for the rear too. Maybe I'm digging too deep into it.

R3 front and rear springs/shocks & length

Still wanted to know the stock length for the rear 12? 13?. Wanted to keep stock height, smoother ride, especially in the back.
Also the best front spring?
And is there really a noticable difference in changing front and/or rear. My guess rear would be more noticable.
Progressive brand makes both. ..Comfort shocks? Hagon, Ikon? I guess you get what you pay for.
Are progressive a good brand? Thanks,
