Quick release luggage rack for solo touring?

i know there are Solo touring luggage racks but does anyone make a quick release one like this one for the HD? Detachable Solo Luggage Rack For Harley Davidson Touring Road King 96-08 USA

i like the idea of being able to use a luggage rack and keep the ability to quickly setup for two up riding.

I have one, but it's bolt on, I think it's unlikely that they would make 2 different ones.
