Measuring the actual plate with the groove (one of 8),
not the tracing..... I only have a cheap plastic caliper that will go that large and I was reading between 150 and 151mm for the outer diameter, but a more accurate tool for the size of the teeth and spaces between.
If we were to go with 13mm from the outer edge to the space between teeth (like in your picture) and 151 is correct on the outside diameter, that would make the inner circumference 151 - 26 = 125mm.
The thickness is 2.0mm and there are 30 teeth.
We're only off (maybe?) 1mm on the inner circumference. Are those your measurements, or something you found online? If yours we can both recheck.
Assuming those specs
were to match, I'd still be concerned about a possible slight variation in the shape of the teeth.
Have you pulled your clutch yet? I'll tell you, with all the trouble it takes to get there it was worth it to me to just replace
everything. I thought about just taking a new plate from the kit (and reusing it with the rest of the kit later on) for a red hot second, because I'm a cheap so and so, but I didn't want to have to go back in there again any sooner than I needed to. Just my two cents.....
