I have heard there are Laws on what you can or cant wear on ya bike and it varies from State to State , that being said things seem very relaxed here in Qld , so just wondering what the deal is in Victoria so i dont leave myself short , silly as it sounds im not a big one for wearing gloves when it's warm.

I think NSW is alright .i usually ride with short sleeves no gloves and have been pulled over by the RBT and never a word about what I wear .don't know about VIC

Fark the laws!!!!!
Common Sense and experience taught me it hurts a lot less to buy new gloves, jacket Etc then having to go thru skin grafts (not that I have had one), I have seen what the inside of other peoples hands look like and believe me it ain't pretty, so what if you get hot.
Also not All Accidents are caused by You but why should You be in agony, remember Cagers are out there to try and Kill You

Yeah like the silly P plate beeehotch that was fking with her phone as she turned in oncoming traffic ( namely me ) last night , i near turned the big girl at right angles in a S Pattern and missed her by a poopteenth , she was afforded a gush of verbal diarrhea and funny thing was i let her past me and she just happend to be going my way through suburba for a few klms and i tailed her , sure she got a fright :)

Learnt my lesson after my off .. no-one need to 'make me' wear jacket with CE approved body armour , good quality lid , proper bike boots and m/cycle gloves. Had I been wearing the right gear when I ended up under the Rocket .. well visits to the toilet would have not required poor Catherine's assistance .. :x3:

All you need to know for RDU is that visitors to Victoria will be required to wear hi-viz jackets.

I think bright pink is the mandated colour...???? not sure.....
