Progressive 440s - not quite a Rocket3 question

Think he is referring to RocketSteve's post

Best not to get in to it here, but since the tyres arent approved for the type of vehicle they are being fitted to, in the event of the claim it would invalidate it irrespective of whether or not its on the policy - or at least thats what I have been told.

.

Leigh-your stuff has arrived, looks like a car boot sale on my dining table. The stuff is awesome, gonna look great on your rides. You got too much money dude! heehee...

Just renewed my insurance policy, and this year went with Adrian Flux bike division (BikeSure) and bought an agreed value policy, with every modification listed and agreed in writing - including the car tyre.

£285, which is £100 dearer than e-bike were offering for a bog standard bike with nothing declared.

I found them to be one of the cheapest for me Tom , smidge over the £200 , but I did not have the amount of mods that you have

Read the policy mate. I stipulated "Agreed Value" on the phone and when I read the policy it is "Maximum Value" although they would have a job arguing I could get an equivalent replacement for less than the £15K I specified.

I got mine for a shade under £600 with everything declared.
