Poker Run

While I was in Augusta I seen a flyer at the pub for a poker run.

Leaves the Shell Gateway Bunbury 10am Sat 22 Nov.
Finishes at the Augusta hotel. They have a band, bikeshow and the usual stuff. It is run by the Rogue Riders Social Club. The Hotel still has some rooms left if any one wants to go. I booked my room this morning when I checked out. Ph 97581949 for room bookings or swag it.

Kel swing home via Albany .. Vintage clubs got it's hillclimb on tomorrow (that bumpy twisty goat track I took you up to the War Memorial) should be entertaining. Me and Catherine going on the Poker Run here today , after the big bike show in town. Off down the shed to polish my bike .. hahahah . Enjoy the ride mate.

Its next weekend mate, I have to work today. Get some pics off the hillclimb there will be some nice bikes there for sure.

Ok your rides next w'end .. Rocket should be up and running by then. Front ends back on and it's sitting on both wheels again. Get Catherine to snap some pics on her phone and post them up. Really looking forward to hill climb , didn't hold it last year for some f#ckin reason.

....I resent that....I've only washed my bike twice in 18 months and its never been polished ha ha ha

I'm in for sure and will be 2up. We plan to stay overnight but have a lunch time commitment in Perth on Sunday so will have to get an early start in the morning.

We had a f#ckin ball on the poker run today .. did the longer 140klm ride. Heap of bikes and some great riding at exhilarating speeds once out of town... not a cop to be seen. Everything from a WW1 era Triumph to the latest machinery... great days ride.
