PLEASE help with a wiring question

hi everyone this problem is confusing me and i am pretty good with wiring i am hooking up my pringle electric shifter on my 08 rocket 3 classic and the bike has 3 coils on it. i need to hook the pringle shift mod. up to each coil on the signle wire to the coil , the diagram i have shows only two wires to eack coil it shows one coil with a brown/pink and green /pink,,one with brown/pink and green/purple and the last one with brown pink and a green / black but the bike has three wires to each coil. does anyone know what color wire on each coil is the signle/positive wire. i have used a tester and it lights with all the wires on each coil. thanks for any help you can give me and

made a mistake

the coils have 4 wires to them i have a white/orange a blue/orange with a silver tracer a green ans slate and a orange with a color i can't tell what it is i hope the pictures help

I think you have the wrong wires there, the coils are on the right hand side those wires look like the stepper motor wires.

Just look on the right hand side under the tank and you will see two of them and the other is up front in the frame. Follow the spark plug wires to find them.

Confirm:iagree:.DEFINATELY the wrong connector in the photo. Coils are, as stated by Goth, under the tank on the right side. 2 are easy to see they bolt onto a plate attached to the underside of the top frame rail, & look like cylinders; about 1/2 the size of a a toilet roll tube .As Goth also says, if you backtrace the HT leads from the spark plugs, on top of the engine, you can't miss

Here's a handy picture (pinched from Willtill's post on headlight kit )of one of the coils. The coil is the black cylinder at the bottom,with the 2 wires poking up.
