What do you call it bike bandit and lowe's?

You do realize you just replied to a thread that is over three years old, right? Hopefully the OP found his grommet, otherwise his side panel is long gone.

And yes, Bike Bandit does carry the grommets, I have several as they are easily lost. Can't speak for Lowes.
