And it will run rings around an R3 in corners.

BUT be aware. Maintaining Ducatis is an expensive (time) ruddy business. They are, and always have been, fussy.

That is the truth !

My son learned it very quickly when he purchased a 800 Monster. He didn't keep it long because of the extreme costs of simple maintenance and up-keep items. He sold it after a few months and got an SV650 which seams to be a much nicer bike. And faster too.

LOL.

Yes I’m aware Ducs are notoriously ****e for reliability and a headache for regular maintenance, allegedly the V4 is better about it... time will tell.

I really want to find one on the street to race on my R3. I’m super curious about the end results.

It’s harder than you’d think to find a S1000RR stock vs anything video, they don’t stay stock very long.

When I first started talking to my wife about a new bike, I told her I was thinking that maybe I wanted a Ducati 1299 because it doesn't have a back seat. She sent me this picture: I got the message loud and clear.
I drove an Aprilia Tuono that was scary fast and my wife put the brakes on that. She still does know what I've got planned for the rocket and there is a possibility that it will be even faster.;)

I see the Panigale comes in three trims, so which one are you talking about ordering ?

The S. If I bought the base I’d forever list after the S, and the speciale would piss me off when they release the R later this year ( it’s also way over priced).
