OK I'm a douchbag!

I have this one particular little strip of a 4 lane divided highway, that has no side streets for about 1 mile. I make a left turn from a red light, and it's 2 lanes, for the 1 mile, uninterrupted, sorta. I've always used it to twist up my 04 Kaw ZRX1200r, and wind up my 06 hardly sportster. OK, I decided to take my 1 week old rocket roadster out for a spin, with no helmet, so's I can hear it run. When I get to my 1 mile strip, I turn left, and crack it on. Up ahead just a lil way's, is a cage, doing the 55 mph speed limit, "in the left lane". So's, I take the right lane. Well, I'm accelerating soooo fast, he sees those 2 big headlights coming up on him like a UFO, so he does the logical thing. He comes over to the right lane! By the time his right side tires crossed the center stripe, I was already next to his passenger door. And I got this stupid concrete curb on the edge of the pavement. I just kept the power on, and passed him with a couple of inches to spare, at well over 100 mph. I've never felt so stupid. I deserve an ass kickin, but I'm too old, and heal too slow. So I'm confessing here, for all to see. Gotta get used to that Rocket Power!

I have never done such a thing, i ride the rocket like a little old lady, always stay below 2000 rpm, never exeed 55 mph, i put pipes on it just to hear the beautiful note when i rev the engine while i'm parked somewhere

The ZRX1200 is no slouch, but almost nothing accelerates to 100MPH like the Rocket. When you pin the throttle, it's like going into warp speed. You better make sure the path is clear for quite a ways!

Trust me give it a year or two and you will be doing it all the time
That's the nice thing about a rocket
There quick enough to get out of the way and.get the heart pumping

Cooter I have no idea what you're talking about. My bike rarely gets over 55 mph and people always pull to the slower lane so I may pass without hesitation.

Ok, I lied. Really what happens is I ride like my AZZ is on fire and when people don't pull in to the appropriate slow lane in a timely manor I yell obscenities at them while flipping them the bird as I fly by at Mach 3....

There, I feel better now.... Kind like confession at church.
