For those who are new and others who've forgotten, we have a house rented at 4227 Ghost Crab Pirates Beach. It is directly on the beach only a few steps to the surf. All of the bedrooms are taken but there is an abundance of floor space for sleeping bags.

Perfect place to party if it is raining. PM me for more info.

We are supposed to get a little rain today or tomorrow and then all clear through the weekend...but you know how much you should trust the weather man. Last year it was a mud hole which is why I'm going down so early to secure a spot on the high ground
