Anyone know where to find a conversion chart for torque settings. I looked through the resources forums but didn't find it there. My wrench only lists foot pounds.

If you want to go all out and price is no object, get one of the Snap-On digital auto conversion wrenches. I just bought a 1/2" drive. It does inlb/ftlb/Nm/KgNm plus it will do torque angles and auto compensate for angular delination from parallel. I purchased it through the college for $485 bucks.
I still have my recently calibrated 1/4" and 1/2" Snap-On dial torque wrenches that I might be willing to part with if anyone is interested.
I sold the 1/2" drive Snap-On to one of the techs at school. He knew I bought the new one and he e-mailed me yesterday. I still have the 1/4" inch pound wrench with case and ratchet adapter. Make me an offer over 50 and it's yours. I had it calibrated 9 months ago and I used it one time. The case is blow moulded red plastic and the latch tab is broke. I keep a rubber band around it. I have the instructions and conversion chart. It was over 100 bucks new and it has been well taken care of...like all my stuff.
Boughnt a brand new Bosch SDS in a blow moulded case...600 buck drill and the hinge broke in a month.
If you want it, PM me on my website sales@flipmeisters.com. we can do a Pay-Pal ......Better yet, buy some stuff and I'll pack it with the products and send it off. I'll be away until next Wednesday. I'll be whooping it up in Uleaka in da Spring.
I know you need some Blackrock or Brake Line Clamps or Handlebar Clamps or liners something. It's a **** shame that you buy a multi thousand dollar bike and it has cheap plastic clamps on the handlebars for the wiring and on the fender (R3) for the brake hoses. Cheapo plastic is okay on my KLR but really poor on the R3.
