Recently purchased a 2005 R3 that had been stored for 3 yrs without proper fuel additives or maint. I started by syphoning all old fuel and added fresh along with Seafoam additive. got rid of the severe missing but throttle controls are stiff. May still have to do some clean and lube on cables etc. Love the ride so far. Im a former Valkyrie owner of 16 years and this new ride is so much stronger! I have gained a lot of insight from this forum already. Thx to everyone for their knowledge.

I be a new R3 owner as well. Traded in a 2011 R3T for a new R3. The experience is beyond belief.
Valkyries were great, the R3T was an upgrade and the R3 is second to none!
