We have a lot of bikers at work. Seems as though truck drivers and mechanics all like bikes. Even have a big secure area to park in. One of the drivers has a Ural, or had as I think he was going to sell it. Last winter he rode it all the time to work. It was a 2wd model. They are butt ugly but very utilitarian and slow. The sidecar even has a machine gun mount for those "urban" adventures and a 5 gallon jerry can on the side.
I prefer a quad for farming. I don't think a Ural would keep up with my Honda Foreman 400 out in the field.
They do have one thing as standard that I wish I had on my Triumph/Spyder and that is a reverse.
