New R3 owner from New Zealand

Not only did they not locate the pin through the mount I would suspect they didn't torque the axle nut up to the correct amount as it shouldn't rotate that easy
 
I had to tap it back into the right place so I think it is torqued up.pick it up tomorrow .. I really hope this bike has no more surprises for me.

At least they are putting it right for you albeit a slight inconvenience at the time.
The bike will have plenty of supposes for you, pleasant ones of course.
