congratulations on your new rocket III roadster. now don't you miss the plastic fenders of the m109? triumph tors and cat delete is a good option as is the jardines route. gipro seems to be very popular, although for me, mine is plenty scary the way it is, and all mine has is the tors and cat delete, and unknown but perhaps the tune for the exhaust upgrade.
 
read the thread on the gipro. it's still on this opening page of the forum, and is titled, "just fitted my gipro" i may also be doing this mod soon myself after i study it more.
 
Welcome from Molino, FL and Afghanistan. It's pretty fast the way it is stock...but it is made for "modding" if you have the time and money.

Have you considered fitting the Bonnie rear light.
I have 18" carbon wheels the 250 rear fitted ok & 240 on the front & low shocks
