I've had Lithium batteries in all of my bikes for the last 10 years and absolutely love them. As has been discussed, there isn't one that fits this bike that doesn't have an absurdly low capacity - 6ah.
I just stumbled across this one:
It seems to be the right size (with the provided foam blocks underneath), and is 12.4ah capacity (you should shoot for at least half the lead acid capacity, as you can only use half a lead acid batteries capacity).
I've searched for reviews and this company seems well liked in other forums (not this battery in particular).
Anyone try this in their Rocket? Anyone willing to be the first?
My current battery is doing fine, but I'd love to have a convenient Lithium replacement for when it starts going down hill. Otherwise I'd be the trial bike.
