New Guy? Is there a source for handle bar wire extenders to allow high bars

Hello, is there a source for handle bar controls wire extender so I can neatly install higher handle bars.

The only thing you NEED is a longer brake line from the banjo bolt to the reservior.
The rest you can just reroute.
and I've got harley Road King bars on mine
with a 5 inch riser that's also 5 inches back.
