Its all a matter of choice the Touring is a good choice if you take your lady with you often the floor boards and Gel pillion seat and back rest are a bonus ,I just like the style of the Touring better than the roadsters and with a bit of a tweak the performance is on par, either way the Rockets are an awesome bikes.

I got both, that way there is no compromise... had a few now, racked up over 160,000 km on them... if I had to choose it would be the Touring!
