Thats true Pete , legislation passed last year states if you are booked twice in a 12 month period for a similar offence ..2nd time points are double . Coppers got me riding back to Darwin a few years ago , pinged me twice for speeding in Qld. Told the copper to "bash the ticket" as i won't be "coming back to this ****hole again" :eek: ... told me if i didn't pay it i'd have my NT rego cancelled. They were no points in the Territory then so i just paid the fines. Must have been bang on the time they nationalised the system .. F#ckers :mad:

My neice and her husband run 2 trucks from Casino to Gold Coast every night she got done once then another driver got done in the same truck. She got a letter from transport department stating if that truck gets caught speeding again within 12 months no matter who's driving they will suspend it's rego for 12 months. Your stuck with a truck you can't drive or sell for a year. Enough to send any small bussines to the wall.

I get bored easy. I tried NOS on two of them, and the other two had various mods.
I'll settle down one day, but not yet. Variety is the spice of life.
