Just gots me an '06 Classic. The mufflers are triumph catalogue mufflers (I think). They are loong sausage shaped things, they sound OK and I kinda like the oldschool look. Question for the tech heads on here...

I want to eliminate the CAT but still use these stock pipes, I would think there would be a way but I need some direction... waddya say?

Help me free my giant air pumping torque monster. :tumble:

Check the classifieds here or eBay for a cat bypass.
Easy job and it removes weight, adds hp and gives a nicer exhaust sound.

it's all good skip..they've been laying around too long here..been meaning to list 'em on the classified..just haven't got around to it..if he got hold of you first, roll with it bro..

..Blairman..I got a cat delete and two different sets of slip ons..mad dogs, and tors..PM me for prices if you're interested..

I'm definitely interested in looking... I dont really need multiple sets of slip-ons but I would definitely like to take a look... I dont know what mad dogs or tors are... I also dont know what PM-ing you means...

I'm a bit of a FNG around here. Got pics? :tumble:

..Blairman, the cat delete box looks just like the cat converter ya already got on there....only there ain't nuthin in it..the two different types of slip ons look just like the standard exhaust..sound better though..I'll send ya a PM (private message)..when ya get it, just click the reply box and type what ya want to, then hit send..it'll come back to me..I'll get some pics of all this stuff tomorrow..

Mad Dogs - sweet, low, throaty growl when on the throttle with mild performance gains while angling the 3 pipes parallel to the ground.

TORS add slightly more power, but in my opinion sound like a cross between a John Deere tractor and a stock car.

For max performance you need a free flowing exhaust system. The best made to date, again, IMO, is Carpenter Racing's Brute Exhaust: http://www.carpenterracing.com/products_TRIII_megaphone.htm
Next best would be the Jardines:
