Being vertically challenged I need the Rocket to be nearer the ground before I drop it, reading posts here it seems the best way to lower it is shorter shocks, I ride solo most of the time so how short can I go and do shorter shocks make a real difference?

W/O going to shorter shockes, make sure your stock shocks are "backed off" as much as possible.

A cheaper route also is to commit to a good rider boot with a 2 inch treaded heal (Sketchers sells some good ones).

Also, looser pants (I know sounds silly, but the more roomy your pants are the more comfortable you'll feel).

Be advised this also will reduce your cornering/scrape angle...

1" lower on the back and as far up the yokes as it can go.Plus rearsets hopefully to make up for that bit of clearance loss.I used 412 proggressives cheap as chips and if you dont like it you havnt wasted a lot of cash.

Trumpet, what dialect was she speaking? I mean I caught her drift, but didn't understand a word! :?
