Nabiac accomm cancelled

I'm sorry to say that due to the underwhelming commitments made I've had to notify Kings Camp that we won't be coming. It simply didn't seem fair to monopolise the joint and put them to the trouble for just what was looking like 4 or 5 of us.

Amanda and I still intend going away somewhere at Easter and like the idea of heading to Nabiac. It's a good day's ride from here (about 600km) and the museum is a bit of an attraction. We're going to either stay at the pub or find somewhere to camp. Hopefully we'll catch up with TC and Catherine somewhere on the way (or there) and it would be great to see anyone else venturing out as well.

Bolted all the travelling gear onto my bike yesterday. Saddlebags , screen , rider backrest and the sissy bar for her nibs .. makes my stripped down Rocket look like a bagger fitted the Rivco risers i was given and did the saddlebag modification so they are on and off with just four bolts. Looking forward to following the front wheel for 6 days... and getting home and pulling all that crap off my bike !!

With much disappointment Cathy I can't make it, because of work commitments, Sh*t after 2 years sound good to say that, looking for good shoulder braise to get off the pain killers. Then look out Highway here I come.

I rang the museum at nabiac today he said he has 1000 bikes to look at . Iam actually going to be heading down that way on Easter Friday leaving at about 3am if any one is interested leaving bp garage at Coomera at 3am subject to the weather.

We'll be leaving Thursday , taking all the backroads down. Museum on Saturday i hope . Be great if we could check it out together mate. Hopefully Saturday will be ok with Richard and Amanda.

We're leaving Friday and stopping over in Sydney friday night to visit my grandkids. Expect to get to Glousester by lunch time Saturday. Really looking forward to catching up with TC and Catherine and would be good to see you too Peter.
