Hook some jumper cables up to it.
Make sure you have good clean connections, that they're tight, then hook the cables up.
IF it doesn't start then, something else is wrong,
but lets do the quick, easy, cheap stuff first to eliminate the possibility.
If it is the battery, go to the harley shop and get one.
About $100 bucks but at least you can ride then.
