Its like anything else ScyGuy, a lot of posers out there. I have mixed emotions about getting caught up in competitive baking. Mines good too most folks, cant say its best but I quit tasting other offerings in the interest of prolonging my life and my tastebuds too. Watcher has some, source unknown but probably good too. Honestly, my process is so refined and an arduous undertaking that my pies are sold at cost really. I don't really make anything which is why we are in the current curtailed baking mode among other reasons. I have the touch and skill, I just let folks go with the posers, then they apprecaite the finer stuff when they happen upon it. We were reliving my delivery to RAA 7 I think it was yesterday. Thats when I made a run from down East to The Holiday. It IS MY HERITAGE.

Not much lard or salt in jail food, a slow death.
