I doubt many have stuck a radio and speakers on their Rocket because it'd look darn ugly, plus there isn't much room for it anyways.

What I'm going to do is special wire up my modular helmet with bluetooth (wireless) headphones and have a little mp3 player in my pocket pumping me music. One of my winter projects. Should work slick.

Rockt3 has done it, and it's pretty cool-has XM radio as well and an amp in his his sidebag.

This isn't a speaker system, but it is the best music I've heard:
I use a MIT 100 system. It gives me ICS, MP3's, radio comm, and cell phone underway. Plus, the sound is astounding! If you get one, be sure to get the proper adapters for your FRS/CB radios.
