need your help, i just installed the triple filters, Crank Case filter, air flow filter and removed the secondary butterflies. loaded mapping for this.

The bike ran great for about 100 miles, no issues. stopped and got gas and about 5 miles down the road i ran into a very light rain. at same time the bike started missing like crazy. i do not believe it was water in the triple filters as when i finally got to my destination 30 miles later, i syphoned the gas out as much as i could, replaced gas and ran better but still missed in each gear. ran gas treatment in the gas and when the tank was empty, i ran another tank with sea foam in it, now the bike is running ok in most gears except in 5th gear around 2500 rpms, is misses until it gets to about 2900 rpms. also when you get down on it, 1st will cough at around 4000 rpms. is this possibly still water in gas lines? i have now ran about 3 tanks with gas treatment and still misses some. is there other ways to get the water out of the gas?

i have now ordered the covers for the triple filters

Bike had never run as good as it did before the gas fill up.

Try reloading the map again maybe corrupt.. did you have the battery on a tender charger and Computer on main power??

I always do the 12 idle after doing mods to reset the ECU.. others say not needed but I like to be sure alls well.

Don't think is water mate my bike gets ridden in absolute downpours and my triples are exposed due to modified claw and mine never misses a beat .

12 min tune is no good if 02 sensor is disabled

Yeah, i do believe it was the gas. all ran good in the first 100 miles and i did stop a couple of times, no issues, filled up with gas and 5 miles later, terrible performance.

I did reload the mapping the following day but no change. I do have the O2 turned off so i do not do the 12 min tune, tempted to turn it back on and do the 12 min tune to see if it makes a difference.

Any suggestions on getting the gas cleaned up?

Not real sure mate I would imagine if you have new fuel in her now it shouldn't take long for any traces of the bad stuff to pass.

Check your leads to mate I don't know if you read my posts the other weak when my bike was misfiring ? Turned out to be one bad lead

take it you are speaking of the plug wires to the coil? i will check tonight.

resetting the adaptives is the same as 12 min tune I asume you did do that after you loaded tune otherwise it would have played up and don't bother turning on the O2 sensor I would almost bet it is as I explained in the E-mail a connection issue in the wireing,I know I sugested the crankangle sensor plug but there are other that it would not hurt to check all your connections there in behind motor you would be surprised how much crap gets sucked up there
