lower frame rails

Anybody know the diameter of the lower frame rails, want to put my cruzer pegs on it,

1" on my 2014. Be careful when setting them in place. I installed a set of Kuyakyn's over Christmas and the left one is definitely going to be in the way of the shifter. Good luck
