Welcome Dave and good fortune on your rebuild.

Welcome aboard...anything from 2009 -2004 is lost in time on this forum if they only knew....;) Glad to see a 2005 alive and kicken..:thumbsup:

Well now,TRIIICK.
That's not entirely fair. We certainly remember those good old years; however, some of us get new motors once in awhile . . .
Kinda like we do with underwear.

:eek::evil::laugh::thumbsup:

Dave, you can either ask your questions directlky in the appropriate forum or go to the search bar at the upper right side of your screen and enter your search terms. it's recommended to do an "advanced search" for more technically detailed issues.

You are obviously an experienced wrench, having taken on the output shaft bearing repair yourself. I took the liberty of doing a quick search for you, so i hope that this helps: http://www.r3owners.net/search/150717/?q=output+shaft+bearing&t=post&o=replies

Another Aussie Welcome and always willing to help if I can, even if in person is a bit hard at times

Welcome from Australia Dave, Your doing great at posting so far- Hope you keep it up...

I hope this reaches you live in sunny
California USA I have last ride was thru Death Valley up to shasta and came back down to Huntington beach perfect weather. My output bearing crumbled so apart came the engine and cleaning up the mess. Am almost done putting cases back together, hopefully by new years. Just have some questions. But can not remember how to post a question.
I made it to 59 on 12-9 2013 and want one cross country ride.

Dave,
Looks like I have you by about 4 more years. I too am getting through a long illness. It may be too far for you but (assume you in the west) we have a "cross country ride coming up in a couple of weeks. I am heading out from Texas to Florida to attend a trade show for a few hours in Ft Lauderdale. Then I am heading on down to the keys. There are others that are showing interest and may fall in.
