Just to remain clear and avoud confusion, that there would then be RAA East 2.
Not RAA West, correct.

If this is to be the RAA West 2020 official thread, I would suggest that the OP @Claviger initiate a pole to determine the month followed by another to determine the week. If those actually interested in attending RAA West would vote, we can get on with this so peeps can begin planning.
