Dear Riii owners group,
You have a marvellous web site here. I am looking for a good Riii to buy for a trip planned in early June this year, starting on the bike from San Francisco (Hollister).
I have been checking the classified for bikes for sale and (can you feel a comment coming here) there are a number of bikes that are already sold. Some of them state that the bike is sold after you open up the advert but a number were still on the site as available but only after I enquired did it transpire that they were infact already sold. Now I understand that you cannot do anything about the simpltons who don't update their adverts but for those that are declared as sold would it be possible to indicate on the front summary page that the item is no longer available for sale. I think it is good to leave the those items on the site after they are sold as the act as good information and are also a fine advert for the site as to its' ability to enable sales.
Now I'm not really a grumpy old brit. I'm actually a fearless rider afraid only of road markings and drain covers on wet roads. and really looking forward to my trip.
All the best to you all and if anybody has a nice Riii for sale nearby Hollister pls let me know
