Has anyone tried fitting BST wheels or any other lightweight wheels to their Rocket? Was it worth it, either for the performance improvement or the bling factor? I swapped the stock cast wheels for forged OZ wheels on my Ducati and got improved handling AND bling.

I got a used set that is on my 06 R3C. I feel it was worth my cost, but I payed about 1/3 of the cost of a mew set. I do like the look of the lower profile. The weight savings is noticeable both pushing it around the shed & in the turns. It handles like its 200 lbs lighter. Plus there is a bigger selection of tires available.

what is the profile if I may ask?

Rear is a Michelin Commander 2 size 240/40/18
Front is an Exedra Max size 130/70/R18
I feel the 130 on the front is a bit narrow and turns in a little faster than I like. Next time I'm going with the 140.
considering the rigors of changing tyres, does it require special equipment to do so?
