Blowme can you recommend a mechanic in Southern California who has installed more than one of your blowers on Rocket III?? I wouldn't dream of opening the box myself, let alone installing it.

WHAT A WEEKEND! weather held and a tail wind (5-8mph). If you only do it once youve got to ride a supercharged rocket above 160 mph. Just so you can say you survived! My Rocket has just the clocks and high bars. Sitting bolt upright the bike gets into a weave at 150 plus, a scary weave that only gets worse. I got off the throttle for fear of dying. That was yesterday. This morning I put the bars forward to get more weight over the front wheel. It stopped the weave BUT the wind funneled down my chest and literally lifted me of the seat. In doing so I was hanging on with all my strength trying not to back off but the bars started to pull towards me. I went through the Kilo lights at 163mph. I put the bike away. Some serious streamlining is required to go faster. My best 1/4 was 10.39 at 140mph. 1/4's were fun 
I also did 217 mph on the standing 1 1/2 mile. with my supercharged Busa but it was on the limiter 1/4mile before the finish. Pleased with that but a pity I didn't have more time and sprockets to get the best out of it. I did 202mph at the Kilo (5/8 mile).
So a great time. It's a pity it happens so little.
