I attached them to magnets so I could interchange/remove as my mood suits. I leave the black ones on 90% of the time.

The mirrored image is probably on purpose. Imagine a flag flying from a ship's mast, with the mast at the front and the flag blowing toward the blunt end of the ship. Viewed from the left hand side the flag would be correct, but viewed from the right hand side it would be the mirror image. That's why the USA flag on the RHS of the space shuttle is the mirror image, with the stars on the top right of the flag.
So put the "correct" flag on the left side of your bike and the "mirror image" on the right side of your bike.

These are 4.7 mm. Did they make the pads too thick?
Asking cause they have magnet sheet that are 2.6 mm, but not sure if they'd be strong enough like the ones you used.

Totally agree, and the Lamonster would be fine on that basis except for one thing; both sides are upside down. And one of the Trik flags is wrong too in that case; it’s “flying” backwards.
I had the same issue as the Trik pads with the Motone rubber pads I had on a couple of my bikes (although to be honest I hadn’t really noticed until I checked the photos just now).

Upside down is just plain wrong. No excuse for that, unless they were made for the Australian market.
