Kicking ideas around.

A wise decision it was too!
Sure was this Triumph is way faster and more unique. I’ve already had a few people roll their eyes and make sideways comments about the switch but I’ve been them, blinded to anything but HD.

Everybody has to take their own road and I’m thrilled to be taking one less traveled and a heck of a lot more thrilling.

Don't think the Harley will replace the Rocket X. Have 37,000 miles on the Rocket and have not had any issues with it at all. Looking at modern trends Harley riders especially the newer riders seem to really enjoy their baggers. So trying to sell a outdated 2010 Fatboy is a loss cause. Having 87,000 miles plus on it ain't helping either. Figure since it will not be used as a daily bike might as well go ahead and build. The S&S 124 cubic inch is a solid platform to build from. Do not plan on making any changes to the bike itself other than the engine. Maybe replacing the handle bars with ape hangers and a paint job. The bike is in excellent shape.
