I read several threads regarding replacement keys; but couldn't find a number.

I had two keys created on my lunch break today @ Michaels keys in Fort Worth for $6.38.
The blank he used was an (Ilco X270).

I think there is a Volvo V7 blank, or something similar, which will work as well. It was about 8 years ago when I got a couple made, but I don't use the key any more, so I don't worry about it too much.

I've read your keyless ignition post.
It'll probably be a winter mod next year.

In process of installing the DEcosse keyless ignition system with PDM60 as I write this!
