Just recieved my cat bypass

I fitted mine with the old gaskets but put some exhaust paste on them to help seal. It worked fine and sounds much better too.

Well, I went ahead and just ordered all three gaskets. May as well. Now I just need.... Tuneboy! 8)

Hmmm. On edit; I believe that I actually shorted myself one gasket for the silencers; there's three, not two.... Hopefully I'll be able to reuse one of the three that I take off. Those are good odds, I think

(..should not be ordering stuff at 0'dark-thirty in the morning)

..start the bike without touching the throttle..then wait until the fan kicks on..let bike run 12 minutes without touching the throttle from the time the fan comes on..supposedly, it lets the ECU adapt itself to any changes made..at least that's the way I understood, but as in most things, I'm probably wrong.. ..

There's actually 4.
The three you already have in your exhaust pipes and will reuse,
and the one you didn't order, the one you need.

No, I ordered that one. I initially ordered three, two for the silencers and one for the headpipe. It was the third silencer gasket that I was missing.

I just sent BikeBandit customer service an email with my order number; hopefully I'll get them to add a third gasket before they ship them to me.

Would disconnecting the battery cable also help the ECM "reset" itself as well, before the 12 minute tune process that you described?
