Welcome. I also joined here before buying my R3 and did plenty of research. I second the comments about the possibilities of an '06 jumping out of second gear. I would test this before buying and/or ask for proof that the update kit was installed. BTW I bought an '05. It did not have the update kit installed when I bought it and does not have a problem jumping out of 2nd gear, at least not yet.

Thanks Torque, good advice has got me thinking. Much appreciated.
