Bought 2012 Rocket lll in June 2018. Bike has 40K miles I put 5K of those on this summer, Have taken it tent camping and a bit of touring.

Looking for suggestions on a new seat. I enjoy the ride of the stock seat but it is about 1" to 1 1/2" too high.

Hi Jim and welcome to the forum from the British Isles. Another solution to the saddle height would be to adopt and wear that 70's fashion icon - the platform boots??

Just wear the front tire off and switch to a 140 front. And stay with the 240/50 instead of the 240/55 she will sit lower. I'm 5'10" 150ish 31 inseam depending on who makes them. And she sits fine. Or as mitzy said you can by a Corbin rock it will lower you by decreasing the thickness of you wallet
