III% must mean something else down under. Here in the US it is a reference to the war of independence from jolly old England when there was only 3% of the population in active rebellion against the crown. It is used here currently by various groups that have a, shall we say, less than complimentary opinion of the US government in any of its iterations, Republican or Democrat. So what does it mean down under?

Nothing I am aware of besides to me the Rocket III association. Thanks for the explanation of why it was made or more specifically for what market audience.
