I need a picture posted of where the bearclaw mounts

I just got my new CF partial bearclaw after years of riding naked trips and have no idea what brackets I removed. If anyone can post a picture of the mounts it will help in my search through spare parts.

Sorry no photo, but it should be pretty obvious, there's 2 mounting points ( for frount & back end of the claw) on the tank.Frount bolt inserts parallel with the length of the bike , ie points back towards the rear end, & the back bolt points skywards. The mounting points hold little brackets to insert those bolts & can be positionally modified to create more room for triple filters ( by using a nut as a spacer)
 
Thats what I thought also. Apparently brackets mount to the tank that the bearclaw then mounts to. The tank mounts face in a different way than the bearclaw mounts
 
The bearclaw rear mount is pointed up the tank rear mount is facing out. The front mounts are spaced apart.'
Any help would be appreciated

...I think the Brits designed the BearClaws fasteners just to piss us off; across the pond......
 
..I got a CF partial claw from dublflush..I found the easiest way to fasten it to the mounts was with zip ties..front back and center..works for me..
 
Frikken duct tape! Wrap the whole ****ed thing in duct tape! Bet the Brits never thought of that backyard garage solution. Hate that ****ed thing (the BearClaw)

It's just stupid. Why in the fvck would they design such an ill fitting piece of crap on an otherwise wonderful bike?

Maybe it's to let the bad spirits out. The Navajo Indians in our great American southwest would weave a rug; perfect in every manner except one. They would make a purposeful mistake in one part of the weave, to ensure that any bad spirits present; were let out....

Maybe the Brits were thinking like Navajo's when they designed this bike. I dunno.... go figure....
 
The "L" shaped brackets is what I need a picture of. I know I have all my old parts it just figuring out what I'm looking for. I hated the bearclaw too and went to naked triple k&n's years ago. I just got my new CF partial bc from Nigel and want to mount it.
