I am stupid - help! Clutch/12 minute tune

Hermans comment got me thinking (and that's dangerous) - I think the bike might be in neutral but the neutral light isn't recording? If that makes sense. Changing up a gear and letting the clutch out is now giving slight movement to bike but can let clutch fully out and it's just creeping. Change back to neutral and it stops completely but no neutral light on?
